As far as I know it’s the same technology as was used in Monsters Vs. Aliens. So I will venture to say “yes.”

Yes, RealD is what the guys at work in charge of the 3D recommend but I believe it depends on the hardware being used. So that means it depends on the theater you choose to go to.
